Treatments

Hands-On Treatments:

  • 60 Minutes- $85
  • 90 Minutes- $120
  • 120 Minutes- $160

Virtual Treatments

  • 30+ minutes- $75

Therapeutic Massage (Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular /Trigger Point Therapy)

These sessions may also include elements of sports massage, cupping, heat packs and therapeutic grade essential oils. 

Relaxation(Swedish Massage)

This massage may include Reiki and/ or Esalen elements if desired. 

Prenatal Massage

Freedom Body Work

  • Available at the start of any session. Please allow 90 minutes or 2 hours for a combined session. Bodywork may be prone, supine  or both depending on time allotted and session goals. NOTE: Please wear full coverage undergarments or shorts as well as bra top or tee shirt for women. 

Virtual Body Therapy

 This Sessions will take place via online video conference.
